Juliana Marín Cortés

Co-founder - Senior Consultant in Sustainability and Climate Change

Professional Experience

Juliana has over five years of experience as a consultant in sustainability and climate change, developing her career at renowned firms such as PwC, KPMG, and LRQA. Throughout her career, she has worked as a consultant and senior consultant for clients across diverse economic sectors, including finance, oil and gas, and retail, among others, both nationally and internationally. 


Her expertise encompasses double materiality assessment, identifying and assessing sector-specific risks and impacts, as well as preparing sustainability reports in accordance with international standards such as GRI and SASB. Additionally, she has audited reports under the ISAE 3000 (revised) standard and designed sustainability strategies that enable companies to establish roadmaps to improve, monitor, and evaluate their Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) performance. She has also provided training to different levels of executives on ESG issues, seeking to educate company leaders on how to integrate sustainability across all operations. Additionally, she has conducted various ESG maturity assessments and evaluated the opportunities and strengths to meet the requirements for becoming a Benefit and Collective Interest Company (BIC).


 Juliana has also participated in the design, implementation, and evaluation of international cooperation projects, expanding her experience in the public and social sectors.
